摘 要:目的:通过比较《美国药典》现行版、《英国药典》2023版、日本药局方18版与《中国药典》2020年版中常用酸碱滴定液配制及标定要求,分析其配制及标定方法、基准物、指示剂和浓度值等方面要求的异同,阐明使用电位法标定氢氧化钠滴定液、盐酸滴定液和硫酸滴定液的必要性和发展趋势,为之后中国药典滴定液与国外药典协同发展奠定基础。Objective:To compare the preparation and calibration requirements of commonly used acid-base titrants in the current edition of the United States Pharmacopoeia,the 2023 edition of the British Pharmacopoeia,the 18th edition of the Japanese Pharmacopoeia,and the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,analyze the similarities and differences in their preparation and calibration methods,reference materials,indicators,and concentration values,and clarify the necessity and development trend of using potentiometry to calibrate sodium hydroxide titrants,hydrochloric acid titrants,and sulfuric acid titrants,Laying the foundation for the collaborative development of titration solutions in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and foreign pharmacopoeia in the future.
