摘　　要：本文通过对国投广东生物能源有限公司年产15万吨木薯燃料乙醇项目的废水处理案例分析,总结分析该项目废水处理原设计工艺流程在实际运行中存在的问题。针对这些问题,优化废水处理工艺流程设计,最终确保废水达标排放,可为后续其他项目类似难处理酒精废水处理工艺设计提供借鉴。This article analyzes the wastewater treatment case of the 150000 ton cassava fuel ethanol project of SDIC Guangdong Bioenergy Co.,Ltd,and summarizes analyzes the problems existing in the original design process of wastewater treatment in the actual operation of the project.In response to these issues,optimizing the design of wastewater treatment process flow can ultimately ensure that the wastewater meets the discharge standards,which can provide reference for the design of similar difficult to treat alcohol wastewater treatment processes in other projects in the future.
