摘  要:本文详细描述了传统锅炉连排污水在能源利用方面存在的利用效率低的主要问题。通过对比分析锅炉连排污水余热回收利用方式,提出焓差补偿净化技术是解决锅炉连排水损失和蒸汽热量损失的理想方式之一。本文从焓差补偿技术原理、应用方法、优势等方面进行了详细阐述。介绍了焓差补偿的原理和焓差补偿净化技术在锅炉余热回收中的应用优势,通过回收高温连排污水余热并将其转化为高品位蒸汽,解决了锅炉连排热量损失和工质损失问题,减少了环境排放,同时提高了系统能源利用效率,对环保和节能降碳具有重要意义。为定量分析焓差补偿净化技术在锅炉连排污水余热回收中的经济效益,本文通过某集团公司电厂技术改造的实际案例,在原有回收工艺不做大的改动基础上,设计了最优工艺解决路径,测算出利用焓差补偿净化技术改造两台锅炉联排污水后,可实现年节约标准煤约4000吨,减排二氧化碳约1万吨的节能降碳效果,实现470万元/年经济效益,投资回收期仅为1.44年。This article provides a detailed description of the main problems of low energy utilization efficiency in traditional boiler continuous sewage discharge.By comparing and analyzing the waste heat recovery and utilization methods of boiler continuous discharge wastewater,it is proposed that enthalpy difference compensation purification technology is one of the ideal ways to solve the loss of boiler continuous discharge and steam heat.This article provides a detailed explanation of the principle,application methods,and advantages of enthalpy difference compensation technology.The principle of enthalpy difference compensation and the application advantages of enthalpy difference compensation purification technology in boiler waste heat recovery were introduced.By recovering the waste heat from high-temperature continuous discharge wastewater and converting it into high-grade steam,the problems of heat loss and working fluid loss in boiler continuous discharge were solved,environmental emissions were reduced,and the energy utilization efficiency of the system was improved.It is of great significance for environmental protection,energy conservation,and carbon reduction.In order to quantitatively analyze the economic benefits of enthalpy difference compensation purification technology in the recovery of waste heat from boiler continuous discharge wastewater,this article designs the optimal process solution path based on the actual case of a power plant technical transformation of a certain group company,without making significant changes to the original recovery process.It is calculated that after using enthalpy difference compensation purification technology to transform two boilers for continuous discharge wastewater,an annual savings of about 4000 tons of standard coal can be achieved,The energy-saving and carbon reduction effect of reducing carbon dioxide by about 10000 tons has achieved an economic benefit of 4.7 million yuan/year,with an investment payback period of only 1.44 years.
