摘　　要：介绍了挤压脱水机的结构和原理。针对挤压机断轴问题,从轴的制造、材质、结构、强度、化学成分组成、理化和断口等方面进行了分析。通过分析确定了断轴的原因,提出了改进的建议,为同类挤压机脱水机轴的检修提供了借鉴。The structure and principle of extrusion dehydrator are introduced in this paper.Aiming at the problem of shaft breakage of extruder,the manufacture,material,structure,strength,chemical composition,physicochemistry and fracture of shaft were analyzed.The reason of shaft breakage is determined by analysis,and suggestions for improvement are put forward,which provides reference for the maintenance of similar extruder dehydrator shaft.
