摘　　要：为观察云杉大墨天牛(Monochamus urussovi)触角上感器的超微结构,明确云杉大墨天牛感器的类型、数量、分布,并进行功能预测,利用扫描电镜对云杉大墨天牛雌、雄成虫触角表面结构进行观察。结果表明:云杉大墨天牛触角上的感器类型共有6种,分别为锥形感器、刺形感器、毛形感器、具沟端弯感器、水滴形感器、波氏鬃毛。其中,水滴形感器只在雄虫上有分布,其余5种感器雌、雄虫的触角均有分布。雌、雄虫触角感器数量比约为3∶1。各感器的数量由多到少依次为毛形感器、锥形感器、具沟端弯感器、波氏鬃毛、刺形感器,其中,水滴形感器数量与锥形感器的相近。云杉大墨天牛触角上感器的数量整体呈由基部向末端逐渐递增的趋势。To observe the ultrastructure of sensilla on the antennae of Monochamus urussovi,the type,quantity,and distribution of sensilla on the antennae of M.urussovi were determined,and made functional predictions.The surface structure of the antennae of male and female adult M.urussovi was observed using a scanning electron microscope.The results showed that there were six types of sensilla on the antennae of M.urussovi,including Sensillum basiconca、Sensillum chaetica、Sensillum trichodea、Sensilla fluted bent-tipped、Sensilla teardrop and B hm bristles.Among them,Sensilla teardrop was only distributed on male insects,while the other five types of sensilla were distributed on both male and female antennae.The ratio of sensilla quantity between male and female antennae was approximately 3 to 1.The order of sensilla quantity from highest to lowest was Sensillum trichodea,Sensillum basiconca,Sensilla fluted bent-tipped,B hm bristles,Sensillum chaetica,with the quantity of Sensilla teardrop being similar to that of Sensillum basiconca.The overall trend of sensilla quantity on the antennae of M.urussovi gradually increased from the base to the tip.
