摘　　要：北京建设国际科技创新中心对于北京实现高质量发展、京津冀协同创新、国家科技自立自强都有重要意义。现阶段北京国际科技创新中心建设取得重大成效,目前北京已初步建成具有全球影响力的科技创新中心。在此基础上,北京国际科技创新中心建设中存在的薄弱环节,深入分析其原因,包括创新要素之间缺乏联动、各项发展不均衡、区域发展差异较大等,并提出进一步推进北京国际科技创新中心建设的几方面建议,包括聚焦重点领域科技攻关、加强创新链引领产业链、优化创新创业生态环境、完善区域创新发展机制等。要实现北京国际科技创新中心的建设目标,需要政府、企业、高校和研究机构等多方面共同努力,形成合力,共同推进北京国际科技创新中心建设工作。The construction of an international science and technology innovation center in Beijing is of great significance to the realization of high-quality development in Beijing,the synergistic innovation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and the national scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement.It systematically summarizes the significant results achieved in the construction of Beijing’s international science and technology innovation center at the present stage,pointing out that Beijing has now initially built a science and technology innovation center with global influence.On this basis,it analyzes in depth the weaknesses in the construction of Beijing International Science and Technology Innovation Center,including the lack of linkage among innovation factors,uneven development of various development,and large differences in regional development,etc.,and puts forward several suggestions to further promote the construction of Beijing International Science and Technology Innovation Center,including focusing on scientific and technological research in key areas,strengthening the innovation chain to lead the industrial chain,optimizing the ecological environment for innovation and entrepreneurship,and improving the mechanism for regional innovation development,regional innovation development mechanism,etc.It argues that to achieve the construction goal of Beijing International Science and Technology Innovation Center,it is necessary for the government,enterprises,colleges and universities and research institutes to work together and form a synergy to jointly promote the construction of Beijing International Science and Technology Innovation Center.
