摘　　要：In 2013,President Xi Jinping raised the initiative of joining with others to build a Silk Road Economic Belt and a 21st Century Maritime Silk Road(also referred to as the Belt and Road Initiative,or BRI).The Belt and Road Initiative enriches the ancient spirit of trade with the zeitgeist and culture of the new era,and provides a platform for building a global community.The United Arab Emirates(UAE)is one of the first countries to respond to the Belt and Road Initiative,and plays a significant role in promoting the economic development of BRI countries.
