摘 要:目的:探讨教师心理操纵对体育专业大学生训练投入及消极心理的影响,并分析失败感与应对效能在其中的序列中介作用。方法:采用教师心理操纵量表、失败感测量量表、应对效能评估量表、训练投入量表、抑郁情绪评估量表与群体性焦虑情绪评估量表对3766名体育专业大学生展开调查。结果:(1)教师心理操纵与训练投入之间呈显著负相关(β=-0.057,P<0.001),与消极心理之间呈显著正相关(β=0.195,P<0.001),与失败感之间呈显著正相关(β=0.557,P<0.001),与应对效能之间呈显著负相关(β=-0.273,P<0.001);(2)失败感与训练投入之间呈显著负相关(β=-0.210,P<0.001),与消极心理之间呈显著正相关(β=0.533,P<0.001),与应对效能之间呈显著负相关(β=-0.580,P<0.001);(3)应对效能与训练投入之间呈显著正相关(β=0.433,P<0.001),与消极心理之间呈显著负相关(β=-0.131,P<0.001)。结论:教师心理操纵程度越高,训练投入越弱,消极心理越强,失败感与应对效能在其中起到序列中介作用。Objective:To investigate the effects of teachers'psychological manipulation on the training engagement and negative psychology of college students majoring in physical education,and to analyze the sequential mediating roles of the sense of failure and coping efficacy.Methods:The Teachers'Psychological Manipulation Scale,Failure Measurement Scale,Coping Efficacy Scale,Training Commitment Scale,Depression Rating Scale,and Group Anxiety Rating Scale were administered to 1,362 college students majoring in physical education.Results:1There was a significantly negative correlation between teacher psychological manipulation and training engagement(β=-0.057,P<0.001),a significantly positive correlation with negative psychology(β=0.195,P<0.001),a significantly positive correlation with sense of failure(β=0.557,P<0.001),and a significantly negative correlation with coping efficacy(β=-0.273,P<0.001);2A significantly negative correlation was found between the sense of failure and training engagement(β=-0.210,P<0.001),a significantly positive correlation was found between the sense of failure and negative psychology(β=0.533,P<0.001),and a significantly negative correlation was found between the sense of failure and coping efficacy(β=-0.580,P<0.001);③A significantly positive correlation was found between the coping efficacy and training engagement(β=0.433,P<0.001)and a significantly negative correlation with negative psychology(β=-0.131,P<0.001).Conclusion:The higher the level of psychological manipulation of the teachers,the weaker the training input and the stronger the negative psychology,in which the sense of failure and coping efficacy play a serial mediating role.
