摘  要:在生产硫酸时,硫酸的净化工序是不可或缺的工序和环节。硫酸净化工序的污水中含有很多矿尘、硫酸、氟、砷等有害物质,如果对硫酸净化工序进行改造,并对稀酸进行回收与利用,最终达到排污标准,兼具社会与经济效益。因此,主要对硫酸净化工序改造及稀酸利用展开具体的研究,通过改进净化工序,利用稀酸来对硫酸工业废水等进行净化处理,效果显著,能够起到很好的净化作用与价值。The purification process of sulfuric acid is an indispensable process and link in the production of sulfuric acid.The sewage from the sulfuric acid purification process contains a lot of harmful substances such as mineral dust,sulfuric acid,fluorine,arsenic,etc.If the sulfuric acid purification process is modified and the dilute acid is recycled and utilized,ultimately meeting the pollution discharge standards,it will have both social and economic benefits.The article mainly conducts specific research on the transformation of the sulfuric acid purification process and the utilization of dilute acid.By improving the purification process and using dilute acid to purify sulfuric acid industrial wastewater,the effect is significant and can play a good purification role and value.
