摘 要:采用七水硫酸亚铁掺烧硫铁矿制酸工艺,研究硫酸亚铁掺烧比对烧渣铁品位、残硫含量和气体中SO_(2)、SO3含量的影响。结果表明,掺烧比增加,烧渣铁品位逐步提高,残硫含量变化不明显,气体中SO_(2)含量在缓慢下降,SO_(3)含量先缓慢上升后急剧增加。在掺烧比60%时,掺烧效果最佳。掺烧主反应为硫酸亚铁与硫铁矿的复分解反应,烧渣铁品位可达62.8%,残硫含量0.61%,SO_(2)含量7.3%,SO_(3)含量0.48%,适合制备硫酸。The company has a large backlog of titanium dioxide by-product iron vitriol,which restricts the development of the enterprise.In this experiment,iron vitriol is mixed with pyrite to make acid,and the effect of Iron(Ⅱ)sulfate mixing burning ratio on the iron grade of the slag,the residual sulfur content of the slag,and the content of SO_(2)and SO3 in the gas is studied.The results show that as the blending ratio increases,the iron grade of the slag gradually increases,the change in residual sulfur content is not significant,the SO_(2)content in the gas is slowly decreasing,and the SO_(3)content first slowly increases and then sharply increases.When the blending ratio is 60%,the blending effect is the best.The main mixed burning reaction is the Salt metathesis reaction of Iron(Ⅱ)sulfate and pyrite.The iron grade of the cinder can reach 62.8%,the residual sulfur content is 0.61%,the SO_(2)content in the gas is 7.3%,and the SO_(3)content is 0.48%,which is suitable for preparing sulfuric acid.
