摘 要:文中提出一种新的控制逻辑,通过分层主从架构中的分布式智能转换器,实现微电网中发电机、负荷和混合储能设备的智能管理。所提算法在较高的控制层面上运行,评估混合储能系统与所有资源(包括发电与需求)之间的最佳实现,以满足用户的用电需求,并确保电池储能系统参与电网平衡恢复过程所需的足够电力水平。为了验证所提方法的有效性,将提出的控制逻辑应用于并网住宅微电网进行仿真。在出现频率不稳定后,若不使用所提方法,电池储能系统中的电力在5 min内无法恢复;若使用所提方法,仅对电池储能系统进行操作时,恢复时间为2~5 min;而所提方法应用于电池储能系统‐双电层电容时,恢复时间缩短至不到1 min。仿真结果表明,将所提方法嵌入到主转换器和混合储能系统中,对于提高微电网储能系统为电网提供用户服务和辅助服务的性能非常有效。A new control logic is proposed to realize the intelligent management of generators,loads and hybrid energy storage devices in microgrids by means of distributed intelligent converters in hierarchical master‐slave architecture.The proposed algorithm can operate at a high level of control,and evaluate the optimal implementation between the hybrid energy storage system and all resources(including generation and demand)to meet the needs of users and ensure sufficient power levels required for the battery energy storage system to participate in the grid balance restoration process.In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,the proposed control logic is applied to the simulation of grid‐connected residential microgrid.If the proposed method is not applied after frequency instability occurs,the power in the battery energy storage system cannot be restored within 5 min;If the proposed method is applied,the recovery time is 2~5 min when only operating the battery energy storage system;When the proposed method is applied to a battery energy storage system‐double layer capacitor,the recovery time is reduced to less than 1 min.The simulation results show that embedding the proposed method into the main converter and hybrid energy storage system is very effective in improving the performance of the microgrid energy storage system in providing user and auxiliary services to the power grid.
