摘 要:为提高测硫仪裂解管在运输过程中的安全性,减少裂解管因运输破损带来的损失,本研究以珍珠棉为衬垫材料设计缓冲包装,采用全面缓冲方式,以多片珍珠棉组合成裂解管的缓冲包装结构,计算得出单片珍珠棉衬垫的厚度为30mm。通过SolidWorks Simulation仿真模块,选择600mm的高度对缓冲包装件进行跌落仿真。仿真结果表明:面、棱、角三种跌落工况下,裂解管的最大应力值分别为3.127MPa、4.495MPa、5.248MPa,均小于透明石英玻璃的冲击破坏极限30MPa;最大加速度值分别为17.223g、15.636g、12.042g,均小于裂解管的许用脆值65g。同时进行面跌落验证试验,结果显示最大加速度值为16.029g,小于裂解管的许用脆值65g,且试验过程未发现裂解管有破损、开裂等问题,说明珍珠棉缓冲衬垫有效地保护了裂解管,具有优良的缓冲防护性能。In order to improve the safety of the cracking tube of the sulfur meter in the transportation process and reduce the loss of cracking tube due to transportation breakage,the cushioning packaging was designed with pearl cotton as the cushioning material in this study.The cushioning structure of the cracking tube was made by combining multiple pieces of pearl cotton in a comprehensive cushioning way,and the thickness of a single piece of pearl cotton cushion was calculated to be 30mm.600mm was selected to simulate drop for the cushioning packaging through the SolidWorks Simulation module.The results showed that the maximum stress values of the cracked tube were 3.127MPa,4.495MPa and 5.248MPa under the three drop conditions of face,edge and corner,which were less than the impact damage limit of 30MPa for transparent quartz glass.The maximum acceleration values were 17.223g,15.636g and 12.042g,which were less than the permissible fragility value of 65g for the cracked tube.The maximum acceleration value of the face drop verification test was 16.029g,which was less than the allowable brittle value of 65g,and no obvious breakage or cracking of the cracked tube was found during the test.It showd that the pearl cotton cushion liner effectively protects the cracking tube and has excellent cushioning protection performance.
