摘  要:针对缓冲包装设计在教学过程中存在的实验复杂度高、周期性长、实验材料昂贵以及实验危险系数高等问题,本研究探究了计算机虚拟仿真技术在运输包装中的应用。以动态压缩实验为研究对象,利用开源平台Unity 3D建立虚拟仿真实验系统,完成交互及仿真设计。建立后端数据库,基于最小二乘法拟合算法,实现虚拟仿实验与数据处理为一体的目标。系统可多平台发布,完整再现缓冲包装设计的理论学习、实验操作、数据处理及实验报告分析。该虚拟仿真实验系统与运输包装有机结合,利于创造实训环境、节省时间和成本、增加安全可靠性、提升教学效果。Aiming at the problems of high complexity,long periodicity,expensive experimental materials and high risk coefficient in the teaching process of buffer packaging design,the application of computer virtual simulation technology in transport packaging was explored in this study.Taking the dynamic compression experiment as the research object,the virtual simulation experiment system was established by using the open source platform Unity 3D to complete the interaction and simulation design.The back-end database was established,and based on the least square fitting algorithm,the goal of integrating virtual simulation experiment with data processing was realized.The system can be published on multiple platforms,and can fully reproduce the theoretical learning,experimental operation,data processing and experimental report analysis of buffer packaging design.The virtual simulation experiment system is organtically combined with transportation packaging,which is conducive to creating training environment,saving time and cost,increasing safety and reliability,and improving teaching effect.
