摘　　要：本文报道了一种高峰值功率(≥2 MW)、高重复频率(≥20 Hz)的157μm人眼安全微型固体激光器,具有体积小、重量轻、结构紧凑、环境适应性强等优点。激光器采用新型微型设计、LD侧面泵浦、被动调Q、高效OPO等技术。在工作频率20 Hz时,获得了脉冲宽度≤5ns,单脉冲能量≥10mJ、光束发散角≤5mrad、中心波长1572μm的人眼安全激光输出。A mini solid state laser with high peak power(≥2 MW),high frequency(≥20 Hz)and human eye safe,which possesses advantages of small size,light weight,compact structure and environmental adaptability.The laser adopts new miniature design,LD side pumping,passive Q modulation,high efficiency OPO and other technologies.At an operating frequency of 20 Hz,a safe laser output for the human eye with a pulse width of≤5 ns,a single pulse energy of≥10 mJ,a beam divergence angle of≤5 mrad,and a central wavelength of 1.572μmare obtained.
