摘　　要：色母粒作为改性塑料加工关键原材料,其精确配比对外观和性能影响非常关键,设计开发一套高精度全自动上料计量配料系统。该系统采用气力输送上料方式,增重式计量结构,刀闸阀加水平螺杆喂料方式,可满足不同种类色母粒物料高效配料。本文介绍系统的组成及各个模块的结构特点。该系统采用MES、上位机和PLC结合方式,MES负责对物料配送,配方管理,订单处理等,上位机和PLC负责设备动作控制和数据记录,系统配料精度及效率得到极大提高。As a key raw material for modified plastic processing,the precise ratio of color masterbatch has a crucial impact on its appearance and performance.A high-precision fully automatic feeding and metering batching system is designed and developed.The system adopts pneumatic conveying feeding method,weight increasing metering structure,knife gate valve and horizontal screw feeding method,which can meet the efficient batching of different types of color masterbatch materials.This article introduces the composition of the system and the structural characteristics of each module.The system adopts a combination of MES,upper computer,and PLC.MES is responsible for material distribution,formula management,order processing,etc.The upper computer and PLC are responsible for equipment action control and data recording,The accuracy and efficiency of the batchin system have been greatly improved.
