摘  要:目的:从专利的角度识别并分析植物油基紫外光固化材料产业的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,为该材料未来研发和专利布局提供方向和指引。方法:采用专利分析结合SWOT分析,利用智慧芽PatSnap全球专利数据库对全球专利进行分析。结果:优势——该领域国内技术活跃度高,产业发展环境好,我国有一定技术积累,发展比较均衡;劣势——专利质量整体偏低,技术保护力度不足;机遇——各国政策为环保材料发展提供了良好机遇;威胁——大部分海外市场和专利被国外竞争对手占有。结论:建议加强产学研用协同,深化材料应用研究,加大海外专利布局,完善知识产权布局体系,构建高价值专利培育布局体系,全面提升文本质量,全面提升我国在该领域的国际竞争力。Purpose:To identify and analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of the vegetable oil-based UV curing material industry from the perspective of patents,and provide direction and guidance for the future research and patent layout of this material.Method:Patent analysis combined with SWOT analysis was used to analyze global patents using the PatSnap global patent database.Result:Advantages-The domestic technology activity in this field is high,the industrial development environment is good,and China has a certain degree of technological accumulation,with relatively balanced development;Disadvantages-overall low patent quality and insufficient technical protection;Opportunities-Policies of various countries have provided good opportunities for the development of environmentally friendly materials;Threat-Most overseas markets and patents are occupied by foreign competitors.Conclusion:It is recommended to strengthen the collaboration between industry,academia,research and application,deepen material application research,increase overseas patent layout,improve intellectual property layout system,build a high-value patent cultivation layout system,comprehensively improve text quality,and enhance China's international competitiveness in this field.
