摘 要:芦丁是一种天然的类黄酮化合物,有来源广泛、细胞毒性低等特点,还具有多种药理活性。芦丁可多靶点地作用于细菌和真菌,抑制细菌生物膜的产生、外排泵的作用、竞争性抑制β-内酰胺酶的表达,干扰真菌细胞壁和细胞膜的作用,并可与传统抗生素联合用药表现为协同作用。本文综述国内外有关芦丁抗细菌和抗真菌作用及其抗菌机制的研究进展,旨在为进一步研究芦丁抗菌机制,开发出生物利用率更高的抗生素替代品提供参考。Rutin is a natural flavonoid compound with wide sources,low cytotoxicity,and various pharmacological activities.Rutin can act on bacteria and fungi with multiple targets,inhibit the production of bacterial biofilm,the function of efflux pump,competitively inhibit the expression ofβ-lactamase,interfere with the function of fungal cell wall and cell membrane.It can be used in combination with conventional antibiotics and appears to have a synergistic effect.This paper reviews the research progress of rutin's antibacterial and antifungal effects and its antibacterial mechanism at home and abroad,aiming to provide reference for further research on rutin's antibacterial mechanism and the development of antibiotic substitutes with higher bioavailability.
