摘  要:本文介绍了2种常见的空分装置流程和影响能耗指标的主要因素,如不同生产工况下工艺需求,工艺技术路线和规模,运行调节能力等。列表分析了4个地方标准和1个行业标准的差异点,提出了空分装置能效对标的基本原则和思路。最后通过案例分析说明了空分装置缺少统一标准规范引起的节能审查能耗指标计算不准确、能效对标难的现实问题。提出了国家层面尽快制定能耗限额标准,加大普及推广力度为项目上马保驾护航的意见建议。This paper introduces two kinds of common air separation plant processes and the main factors affecting energy consumption indexes,such as process requirements,process route and scale,operation adjustment ability,etc.The differences between 4 local standards and 1 industrial standard are listed and analyzed.The basic principles and ideas of energy efficiency benchmarking for air separation unit are put forward.Finally,a case study is given to illustrate the problems of inaccurate calculation of energy consumption index and the difficulty of energy efficiency calibration due to the lack of uniform standards.The suggestion that the national level should formulate the energy consumption quota standard as soon as possible and popularize it to protect the project is put forward.
