摘  要:采用电化学聚合法制备了聚赖氨酸修饰电极(PLL-GCE),并将其用于水体中对苯二酚(HQ)含量的检测。通过循环伏安法研究了对苯二酚在该电极上的电化学行为,结果表明:对苯二酚在PLL-GCE上产生了一对明显的可逆氧化还原峰。在最佳实验条件下,对苯二酚的浓度在5~60μmol·L^(-1)和60~700μmol·L^(-1)范围内分别与其对应的氧化峰电流呈良好的线性关系。在低浓度段(5~60μmol·L^(-1)),对苯二酚的浓度与其氧化峰电流的线性拟合方程为y=0.3328x+6.1692,相关系数为0.9962;在高浓度段(60~700μmol·L^(-1)),对苯二酚的浓度与其氧化峰电流的线性拟合方程为y=0.0458x+23.31,相关系数为0.9916。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率在91.3%~112.3%,RSD值小于4.5%。In this work,polylysine film modified glassy carbon electrode(PLL-GCE)were prepared by electrochemical polymerization,and then it was used to determine the content of hydroquinone in water.The electrochemical behaviors of hydroquinone on PLL-GCE were studied by cyclic voltmmetry.It was found that hydroquinone produced a pair of obvious reversible redox peaks on PLL-GCE.Under the best experimental conditions,the oxidation peak current of hydroquinone had good linear relationship with its concentration in the range of 5~60μmol·L^(-1) and 60~700μmol·L^(-1).In the low concentration range(5~60μmol·L^(-1)),the linear fitting equation between the concentration of hydroquinone and its oxidation peak current was y=0.3328 x+6.1692,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9962.In the high concentration range(60~700μmol·L^(-1)),the linear fitting equation between the concentration of hydroquinone and its peak current oxidation was y=0.0458x+23.31,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9916.The recovery rate was 91.3%~112.3%and the RSD value was less than 4.5%.
