摘  要:2020年我国明确提出了2030年“碳达峰”与2060年“碳中和”目标,而提高固体废弃物的资源化是实现“双碳”目标的主要途径之一。本文阐述了“双碳”、“无废城市”产生背景及农业清洁生产,明确指出固体废弃物“三化”原则中的资源化淋漓尽致的体现了“双碳”理念,且资源化以无害化为前提,这是《固体废弃物处理》课程教学大纲修订的必然要求。以生猪养殖粪污为例,从粪污能源化(包括直接焚烧、生产沼气和生产乙醇)、粪污饲料化、粪污肥料化、粪污制备生物炭等方面阐述生猪养殖粪污资源化利用方式,探讨《固体废弃物处理》课程教学大纲的修订以及教学内容的改革,为我国“双碳”目标的达成提供人才保障。In September 2020,China clearly proposed the goal of“Carbon peak”in 2030 and“Carbon neutrality”in 2060,and improving the recycling of solid waste is one of the main ways to achieve the“Dual carbon”goal.The backgrounds of“Dual carbon”and“Zero-waste city”and agricultural clean production are expounded.It is clearly pointed out that the recycling of solid waste in the“Three principles”embodies the“Dual carbon”concept,and the recycling is based on the premise of harmless,which is the inevitable requirement of the revision of the teaching syllabus of“Solid Waste Treatment”.Taking the manure from pig breeding as an example,this paper expounds the resource utilization of manure from the aspects of manure energy conversion(including direct incineration,biogas production and ethanol production,etc.),manure feed conversion,manure fertilizer conversion and manure biochar preparation.The revision of the teaching syllabus of“Solid Waste Treatment”and the reform of teaching content was discussed,and the talent guarantee for the realization of China's“Dual carbon”goal was provided.
