摘　　要：为降低东北林蛙蝌蚪期疾病的发病率,利用蛙大夫、蛙独清和10%聚维酮碘3种消毒剂在蝌蚪饲养过程中对串水水体消毒,以串水水体不消毒为对照进行对比试验研究。结果表明:3种消毒剂有明显的杀菌预防作用,对照组与其他用药处理组的存活率有显著性差异。Three disinfectants,Wadaifu,Waduqing and 10%povidone iodine,were used to disinfect the water body in the process of feeding tadpoles to reduce the incidence of disease in the tadpole stage of Rana dybowskii.The comparative experimental study was carried out with the non-disinfection of the water body as a control.The results showed that three disinfectants had obvious bactericidal and preventive effects.There were significant differences in the survival rate between the control group and other treatment groups.
