摘  要:隆德煤矿开切眼通常使用单体被动加强支护,成本高、劳动强度大,采用现场实测、理论分析论证了213开切眼顶板水力压裂后的稳定性与主动支护的可行性,提出了“W型钢带+锚索”的一带三锚加强支护方案代替单体支柱被动加强支护。结果表明,水力压裂后的顶板深部离层最大值为4 mm,浅部离层最大值为7 mm,顶板自稳性仍然良好。主动支护后的顶底板移近量最大值为7.2 mm,两帮移近量最大值为5.8 mm,达到了预期效果。The Longde Coal Mine usually uses single body passive reinforcement support for the open cutting holes,which is costly and labor-intensive.Using on-site measurement and theoretical analysis,the stability and feasibility of active support of the 213 open cutting hole roof after hydraulic fracturing are demonstrated.A"W-shaped steel belt+anchor cable"one belt three anchor reinforcement support scheme is proposed to replace the single body pillar passive reinforcement support.The results show that the maximum value of deep separation layer of the roof after hydraulic fracturing is 4 mm,and the maximum value of shallow separation layer is 7 mm.The self stability of the roof is still good.The maximum displacement amount of the top and floor after active support is 7.2 mm,and the maximum displacement amount of the two sides is 5.8 mm,achieving the expected effect.
