摘 要:针对刘庄煤矿回采工作面地质条件复杂,断层构造多,围岩完整性差,回采期间易出现煤壁片帮、顶板超前抽冒、支架失稳、护帮护顶困难及倒架等问题,结合周边矿井先进经验,提出了采煤工作面断层超前预注浆治理技术,采用“静态治理先行、动态治理配合、工作面推进平稳”等回采方案与控制措施,解决了工作面过断层构造带期间遇到难题,为采煤工作面的安全生产提供了技术支撑。In view of the complex geological conditions,multiple fault structures,and poor integrity of surrounding rocks in the mining working face of Liuzhuang Coal Mine,which are prone to coal wall spalling,roof advanced extraction and caving,support instability,difficulty in protecting the side and roof,and support tilting during the mining process,combined with advanced experience in surrounding mines,a pre grouting governance technology for faults in the coal mining working face is proposed,by adopting mining schemes and control measures such as"static governance first,dynamic governance cooperation,and smooth progress of the working face",the difficult problems during the period when the working face passes through fault structure zones are solved,providing technical support for the safe production of the coal mining working face.
