摘 要:针对云泉煤业1502综采工作面过地质构造带时运输顺槽顶板破碎出现离层、底板底鼓量明显、支护困难等问题,借助数值模拟分析巷道变形破坏塑性区范围和破坏深度,提出了超前支护+长短全锚索+底板加固支护围岩控制方案。现场监测结果表明:3测点顶底板和两帮移近量在20 d左右趋于稳定,顶底板和两帮移近量平均分别稳定在31 mm和22 mm。结合电子窥视仪,对巷道左帮和右帮进行窥视,煤层为稳定煤层,无裂隙发育,表明支护效果较好,能够确保回采工作面安全通过地质构造带。In view of the problems of separations of the broken roof of the transportation channel,significant floor heave amount of the roof,and difficulty in support when the 1502 fully mechanized mining face of Yunquan Coal Industry passing through the geological structure zone,the plastic zone range and failure depth of roadway deformation and failure is analyzed by the help of numerical simulation.A surrounding rock control scheme for advanced support+long and short full anchor cables+floor reinforcement support is proposed.The on-site monitoring results indicate that the displacement amount of the top,floor,and two sides of the three measuring points tends to stabilize around 20 d,with the average displacement amount of the top,floor,and two sides stabilizing at 31 mm and 22 mm,respectively.By using electronic peeper,the left and right sides of the roadway are peeked,and the coal seam is a stable coal seam without developed cracks.It indicates that the support effect is good and can ensure the safe passage of the mining working face through the geological structure zone.
