摘 要:根据工作面地质资料与采动关系,依据悬吊理论与煤矿巷道锚杆支护技术规范对任楼煤矿Ⅱ8224N工作面开切眼进行大断面一次成巷支护设计,确定了顶板与帮部锚杆锚索规格、间排距与预紧力等支护参数。进行数值模拟验证得到塑性区破坏范围、顶底板移进量、顶板锚杆锚索受力等均满足支护设计要求。在现场进行的支护监测表明:两帮累计相对位移量的最大值为54 mm,顶底板的累计相对位移量的最大值为39 mm,浅部离层量为3 mm、深部为2 mm,锚索轴力90 kN,均在合理范围内。Based on the geological data of the working face and the mining relationship,and based on the suspension theory and the technical specifications for coal mine roadway anchor support,a large cross-section simultaneous drifting support design was carried out for the cutting eye of theⅡ8224N working face in Renlou Coal Mine.The support parameters such as the specifications of the roof and side anchor bolts,spacing,and pre tension were determined.Numerical simulation was conducted to verify that the failure range of the plastic zone,the displacement of the top and bottom plates,and the stress on the anchor cables of the top plate all meet the requirements of the support design.The on-site support monitoring shows that the maximum cumulative relative displacement of the two sides is 54 mm,the maximum cumulative relative displacement of the top and bottom plates is 39 mm,the shallow separation is 3 mm,the deep is 2 mm,and the axial force of the anchor cable is 90 kN,all within a reasonable range.
