摘 要:针对霄云煤矿1310孤岛工作面初采矿压规律,从液压支架初撑力、循环末阻力、支架工作阻力进行现场监测。研究表明:支架初撑力平均为20.97 MPa,周期来压步距为13 m,顶板来压期间的动载系数为1.4~1.9;各测站支架循环末阻力为23.04~36.96 MPa,占额定工作阻力的78.12%,现有支架型号满足生产需求。研究结果为该工作面后续生产中的顶板管理和围岩稳定性控制提供参考依据。In view of the initial mining mine pressure law of the 1310 island working face in Xiaoyun Coal Mine,on-site monitoring is conducted from the initial support force of the hydraulic support,the end of cycle resistance,and the working resistance of the support.The research shows that the average initial support force of the support is 20.97 MPa,the step distance of periodic weighting is 13 m,and the dynamic load coefficient during the roof pressing period is 1.4-1.9;the end of cycle resistance of each measuring station's support is 23.04-36.96 MPa,accounting for 78.12% of the rated working resistance of the support.The existing support models meet production requirements.The research results provide a reference basis for roof management and surrounding rock stability control in the subsequent production of the working face.
