摘 要:为了研究西部白垩-侏罗系地层井筒需冷量计算公式,研究冻结深度和冻结管圈径和井筒需冷量之间的关系,以文家坡煤矿冻结工程为背景,建立有限元模型,导出单根冻结管的热流量,计算井筒所需冷量,并通过数值计算分析得到回归方程。得出深度和圈径与需冷量呈正相关关系,拟合方程所得到的冷量更加节约且满足需求,为冷量控制提供参考。In order to obtain the calculation formula for the required cold quantity of the wellbore in the western region,the influence of the required cold quantity of the wellbore on the changes in freezing depth and the circle diameter of the freezing pipe is studied.Taking the Wenjiapo return air vertical well freezing engineering as the background,a finite element model is established to derive the heat flow rate of a single freezing pipe,calculate the required cold quantity of the wellbore,and obtain a regression equation through numerical calculation and analysis.The freezing depth and circle diameter of the freezing pipe are positively correlated with the required cold quantity of the wellbore,and the quantity of cold obtained by fitted equation is more economical and meets the demand,providing reference for cold quantity control.
