摘  要:海外某天然气处理厂由于下游用户电厂频繁启停,导致外输管网和天然气厂的压力及流量波动较大,且易导致脱硫塔运行不稳,影响天然气厂稳定输出甜气。综合考虑了下游用户用气量变化对脱硫单元和增压单元的影响,结合各单元的工艺要求和控制特点,优化了天然气处理厂压力控制方案,通过改变外输压控阀取压点位置以及主、副压控阀的控制逻辑等,在进厂原料气量充足而下游用户用气量变化较大时,使得天然气厂能够快速平稳地调节外输流量和压力。另外,将两控压调节阀改为同时动作,也能更快速地稳定下游管网和脱硫单元的压力,避免了对增压单元的干扰。经过上述流程优化,整个天然气处理厂在下游用户用气量波动较大的情况下,压力能够快速平稳地得到控制,各装置运行稳定。The frequent start and shut down of downstream user power plants leads to significant fluctuations in the pressure and flow of the natural gas plant and the export pipeline network,it can easily lead to unstable operation of the desulfurization tower,affecting the stable output of sweet gas from the natural gas plant.Taking into account the impact of changes in downstream user gas consumption on the desulfurization unit and compressor unit,combined with the process requirements and control characteristics of each unit,the pressure control scheme of the natural gas plant was optimized by changing the pressure point position of the export pressure control valve and the control logic of the main and auxiliary pressure control valves.When the incoming raw gas volume is sufficient and the downstream gas consumption changes significantly,the natural gas plant can quickly and stably adjust the export flow and pressure.In addition,changing the two control valves to operate simultaneously can also more quickly stabilize the pressure of the downstream pipeline network and desulfurization unit,avoiding impact to the compressor unit.After the above process optimization,the entire natural gas plant can quickly and smoothly control the pressure and ensure stable operation of all unit in the event of significant fluctuations in downstream user gas consumption.
