摘  要:1050MW超超临界机组在中高负荷段运行过程中,引风机静叶开启至一定开度后,炉膛负压转由引风机转速调节控制。引风机长期处在共振区运行,导致引风机叶片容易出现裂纹,严重影响机组的安全稳定运行。通过对炉膛负压控制策略的优化,采用引风机分挡定速控制,由引风机静叶全程控制炉膛负压,避开共振区,彻底解决引风机叶片频繁出现裂纹的安全隐患。In the operation of 1050MW ultra-supercritical units at medium and high load,the control of the furnace negative pressure switches to the induced draft fan speed regulation after the static vane of the induced draft fan opens to a certain degree.Long-term operation of the induced draft fan in the resonance zone leads to frequent cracking of the fan blades,severely affecting the safe and stable operation of the unit.By optimizing the control strategy of furnace negative pressure and adopting segmented constant speed control of the induced draft fan,the furnace negative pressure is controlled throughout by the static vane of the induced draft fan,avoiding the resonance zone and thoroughly solving the safety hazards associated with frequent cracking of the fan blades.
