摘 要:目的探讨LEARNS健康教育模式在改善维持性血液透析患者自我护理能力与生活质量中的效果。方法选取2022年11月-2023年2月在笔者所在医院行维持性血液透析的终末期肾脏疾病患者121例为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组(n=61)和干预组(n=60)。对照组接受常规健康教育,干预组采用LEARNS模式进行健康教育,比较2组自我护理能力和生活质量。结果干预后,干预组自我护理能力总分及自我护理责任感、自我护理技能维度得分均高于对照组(t=-2.269,P=0.025;t=-2.121,P=0.036;t=-2.381,P=0.019)。干预组SF-36量表各维度得分均高于对照组(均P<0.001)。结论LEARNS健康教育模式相对于常规干预方式,能更好地改善维持性血液透析患者的自我护理能力和生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of health education based on the LEARNS model on self-care and life quality of patients with hemodialysis.Methods Totally 121 maintenance hemodialysis patients from November 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into an intervention group(n=61)and a control group(n=60).The control group received routine health education,while the intervention group was given health education using the LEARNS model.Results After the intervention,the total score of self-care ability,self-care responsibility and self-care skills in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(t=-2.269,P=0.025;t=-2.121,P=0.036;t=-2.381,P=0.019),but the scores of all dimensions of short form 36 health survey questionnaire(SF-36)were significantly higher than the latter(all P<0.001).Conclusion Compared with conventional intervention,the LEARNS model can better improve the self-care ability and quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients,and it is worth promoting and applying.
