体养融合视阈下康养旅游产业发展的理论逻辑与对策建议

摘　　要：在健康中国战略及积极人口老龄化战略下,激发体育、旅游和养老产业的新动能是实现这三大产业发展的根本动力,也是满足人民尤其是老年人对健康生活追求的必然途径。基于体养融合、体旅融合等理论研究成果,梳理“体育+养老+康养旅游”的融合逻辑,分析现有问题,探寻融合路径。提出:构建“体育+养老+康养旅游”融合的理念认同;强化“体育+养老+康养旅游”的制度资本支持;做好“体育+养老+康养旅游”的宏观规划;积极打造“体育+养老+康养旅游”系列产品;逐步完善“体育+养老+康养旅游”的配套服务。Under the healthy China strategy and active population aging strategy,stimulating the new kinetic energy of sports,tourism and elderly care industries is the fundamental driving force for the development of these three industries,and it is also the inevitable way to meet the pursuit of healthy life of people,especially the elderly.Based on the theoretical research results of the integration of sports and pension and the integration of sports and travel,the integration logic of“sports+pension+health tourism”was sorted out,existing problems were analyzed,andthe integration path was explored.The following development countermeasures were proposed:constructing the concept identification of“sports+pension+health tourism”integration;strengthening the institutional capital support of“sports+pension+health tourism”;making the macro-planning of“sports+pension+health tourism”;actively building a series of“sports+pension+health tourism”products;gradually improving the supporting services of“sports+elderly care+health tourism”.
