摘  要:产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBL)是肠杆菌对头孢菌素药物产生耐药的主要原因之一。ESBL自20世纪80年代早期被发现,产ESBL的肠杆菌(ESBL-PE)定植/感染已在世界范围内传播。孕产妇ESBL-PE定植/感染及其抗菌药物耐药性与后果尤为严重。ESBL-PE在孕产妇这一特殊群体中的定植/感染,对孕妇和胎儿、新生儿健康造成多种威胁,常可导致母婴发生不良妊娠结局,需引起产科及新生儿科医师的高度重视。笔者拟就ESBL-PE在孕产妇中的定植/感染及母婴传播的最新研究进展进行阐述。Extended-spectrumβ-lactamase(ESBL)is a major cause of resistance to cephalosporins in Enterobacteriaceae.Since ESBL being discovered in the early 1980s,ESBL-producing Enterobacteriaceae(ESBL-PE)has spread worldwide.ESBL-PE colonization or infection in pregnant/post-partum women and its antibiotic resistance are particularly serious.ESBL-PE colonization or infection in these particular groups poses several threats both to maternal and fetal/neonatal health,and leads to adverse outcomes in mothers and neonates,which should be paid high attention by researchers of departments of obstetrics and neonatology.The authors intend to review the recent research progress on the colonization or infection and mother-to-child transmission of ESBL-PE in pregnant and post-partum women.
