辛夷挥发油提取方法及辛夷化学成分、药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：辛夷具有多种药用功效,如散风寒、宣通鼻窍等,常用来治疗风寒头痛、鼻塞、鼻渊等病症,其主要作用物质为其挥发油。辛夷主要含有挥发油类、木脂素类、水溶性成分等。辛夷挥发油提取方法有水蒸气蒸馏法、溶剂提取法、微波萃取法、超临界流体萃取法等。现对辛夷挥发油的提取方法、辛夷化学成分及药理作用进行综述,以期为辛夷进一步开发利用和研究提供有效的理论支持。Magnoliae Flos had a variety of medicinal effects,such as dispersing wind cold,xuantong nasal orifice,etc.,that were commonly used to treat wind cold headache,nasal congestion,nasal deep and other diseases.The volatile oil was the main substances.Magnoliae Flos mainly contained volatile oils,lignans,water-soluble components,etc.The extraction methods of the volatile oil of Magnoliae Flos included steam distillation,solvent extraction,microwave extraction,supercritical fluid extraction,etc.In this paper,the extraction methods of the volatile oil,chemical constituents and pharmacological actions of Magnoliae Flos were reviewed.This study could provide effective theoretical support for the further development,utilization and research of Magnoliae Flos.
