摘　　要：随着AIGC等人工智能技术的快速发展,图书馆员如何应对冲击显得十分迫切。文章通过问卷调查法获得高校图书馆员对AIGC技术的感知和应对,并在SWOT理论分析基础上提出在AI时代高校图书馆员应发挥人性特质去迎接AIGC技术的挑战,要转变意识将“我的工作”变成“我为读者的工作”,利用AIGC技术提升工作效率。With the rapid development of AI technologies such as AIGC,it is urgent for librarians to cope with the impact.This paper obtains the perception and response of university librarians to AIGC technology through questionnaire survey method.On the basis of SWOT theoretical analysis,it is proposed that in the AI era,university librarians should unleash their human characteristics to meet the challenges of AIGC technology,transform their consciousness from"my work"to"my work for readers",and use AIGC technology to improve work efficiency.
