摘　　要：在BIM信息化技术应用不断发展和装配式建筑构件大力生产的大环境下,企业对于建筑工程质量管理的要求也越来越高。通过对BIM技术在工程质量管理中的应用发展历程研究,提出了BIM技术与质量链结合应用于装配式建筑质量管理的具体实施办法。通过质量链的设定形成完整的信息流,实现了企业在质量管理中的高效对接,并从组织管理、制度约束和人才配置等多方面提出了BIM技术应用优化的企业对策,助推我国装配式建筑项目质量管理高水平发展。In the context of the continuous development of BIM information technology application and the vigorous production of prefabricated building components,enterprises have increasingly high requirements for construction project quality management.Through the study of the application and development process of BIM technology in engineering quality management,a specific implementation method of combining BIM technology with quality chain for prefabricated building quality management is proposed.Through the establishment of quality chain,a complete information flow is formed,achieving efficient integration of enterprises in quality management.From various aspects such as organizational management,institutional constraints,and talent allocation,enterprise strategies for optimizing the application of BIM technology are proposed,to promote the high-level development of quality management in prefabricated construction projects in China.
