摘  要:研究了花岗岩和凝灰岩2种石粉不同掺加方式对C40混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:石粉等质量取代粉煤灰时,对混凝土坍落度影响较小,但掺量较高后混凝土强度降低,取代量不宜超过40 kg/m^(3);石粉等质量取代机制砂时,对强度无不利影响,混凝土拌合物黏度明显增大,花岗岩石粉取代机制砂量不宜超过90 kg/m^(3),凝灰岩石粉取代机制砂量不宜超过60 kg/m^(3);花岗岩石粉和凝灰岩石粉宜复合替代粉煤灰和机制砂制备混凝土以减小单独取代的不利影响,用水量增加10 kg/m^(3)可以使石粉混凝土黏度与基准混凝土一致,虽然强度和抗氯离子渗透性能略有下降,但对混凝土的早期抗裂性能无不利影响,2种石粉可用于设计强度有一定富余且非严酷服役环境下的C40混凝土。The effects of different adding methods of granite and tuff stone powder on the properties of C40 concrete were studied.The results show that:when replacing fly ash with equal amounts of stone powder,the impact on concrete slump is relatively small,but the strength of the concrete decreases when the amount is high,and the replacement amount should not exceed 40 kg/m^(3).The replacement of machine-made sand by stone powder in equal amount has no adverse effect on strength.The viscosity of concrete mixture has significantly increased.The replacement of machine-made sand by granite stone powder should not exceed 90 kg/m^(3),and the replacement of tuff stone powder should not exceed 60 kg/m^(3).Granite stone powder and tuff rock powder should simultaneously replace fly ash and machine-made sand to reduce the adverse effect of individual replacement.An increase of 10 kg/m^(3) of water consumption can make the viscosity of stone powder concrete consistent with the benchmark concrete.Although the strength and resistance to chloride ion penetration of concrete slightly decreased,it has no adverse effect on the early crack resistance of concrete.The two kinds of stone powder can be used in producing C40 concrete which has certain design strength surplus and served in mild environment.
