摘  要:采用聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、增塑剂为原料合成预聚体,以聚醚多元醇、二甲硫基甲苯二胺(DMTDA)和MOCA为原料合成固化剂,制备出一种铁路桥梁用双组分无溶剂高性能、环保型聚氨酯防水涂料。当异氰酸酯TDI80和MDI50的摩尔比为2∶1,异氰酸根指数为1.15,m(聚醚3050)∶m(聚醚2000)=2∶1,n(DMTDA)∶n(MOCA)=1∶2时,可以制备出拉伸强度6.84 MPa,断裂伸长率535%,撕裂强度为35.5 N/mm的高速铁路桥面用高性能环保型聚氨酯防水涂料。Polyether polyol,toluene diisocyanate,diphenylmethane diisocyanate and plasticizer were used as raw materials to synthesize the prepolymer,and polyether polyol,dimethylthiotoluene diamine(DMTDA)and MOCA were used as raw materials to synthesize the curing agent.A two-component solvent-free polyurethane waterproof coating for railway bridges with high performance and environmental protection was prepared.When the molar ratio of TDI80 and MDI50 of isocyanate was 2∶1,the root index of isocyanate was 1.15,the mass ratio of polyether polyol 3050 and polyether polyol 2000 was 2∶1,and the molar ratio of DMTDA and MOCA was controlled at 1∶2,high performance environmentally friendly polyurethane waterproof coating for high-speed railway bridge deck with tensile strength of 6.84 MPa,elongation at break of 535%and tear strength of 35.5 N/mm was prepared.
