摘 要:以聚乙二醇单甲醚为主链,以磷酸基为末端吸附基团,合成了新型磷酸基减水剂PE,对其进行了红外吸收光谱、凝胶渗透色谱分析,并研究了PE的分散性能、黏土敏感性、水泥对其吸附性的影响及在混凝土中的应用效果。结果表明:新型磷酸基减水剂PE分子在30~120 min时,受水泥水化的影响小,表现出了较强的分散保持能力,且黏土敏感性更低。在蒙脱土存在时,混凝土中掺入PE,对初始分散及保持性均具有一定的提升作用,而且不会造成强度损失。A new type phosphate-based water reducer was synthesized by using polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether as the main chain and phosphoric acid as the terminal adsorption group.IR and GPC analysis were carried out.The dispersibility,clay sensitivity,influence of cementon adsorption property and its application performance were tested.The results show that when the molecule of new phosphate-based water reducing agent PE is 30~120 minutes,it is less affected by cement hydration,exhibits strong dispersion and retention ability,and has lower clay sensitivity.When montmorillonite is present,the addition of PE to concrete has a certain improvement effect in initial dispersion and flowability,and does not cause strength loss.
