摘 要:在实际应用中内墙腻子打磨是至关重要的一道工序,但现有标准及测试方法中对于打磨性要求为定性指标,且无具体分级方法,无法有效区分不同类型产品打磨性指标差异。因此尝试通过实验建立一种更为客观的打磨性定量测试评估及分级方法,并在此基础上以一般型和耐水型腻子作为测试样本进行了测试评估。In practical applications,polishing of interior wall putty is a crucial process.However,existing standards and testing methods have more qualitative requirements for polishing performance indicators,and there is no specific grading method,which cannot effectively distinguish the differences in polishing performance indicators between different types of products.An attempt was made to establish a more objective quantitative testing and grading method for sandability through experiments,and based on this,general and water resistant putty were used as test samples for testing and evaluation.
