摘　　要：由技术革命催生的数字媒体生态具有琐碎、过载和入侵性特征,并以其数据化和智能化的逻辑支配社会生活。数字极简主义作为一种文化抵抗的观念和实践体系应运而生,其倡导者主张通过消减过分盈余的媒介经验来重申人的意志对身体、关系和社会进程的主导权。在全球范围内,数字极简主义形成了新闻回避、数字戒断和慢传媒三种稳态的行动模式,却也因其作为美学思潮的历史基因和其倡导者的阶层局限性而体现出逃避主义的倾向。在科技资本主义的文化挪用效应下,数字极简主义运动加速商品化,通过将宏大系统性问题化约为微观身份政治话语的方式遮蔽数字技术革命所制造的新的不平等结构。不过,数字极简主义观念和实践中体现出的对人本主义价值的坚持,及其对更具干预意识和进步文化意图的媒介实践的启发,在以人类意志为中心的理想信息文明的建设中具有重要的认识论意义。The digital media ecosystem driven by global technological revolution is characterized as being fragmented,overloading and intrusive,dominating social life with its logic of datafication and intelligentization.Thus rises digital minimalism as a resistant cultural pattern,whose practitioners propose to reaffirm human will as the leading force in body,relations and social change through diminishing over-excessive media experiences.Globally,three digital minimalist activity patterns,that are,news avoidance,digital detox,and slow media have been established.However,due to its historical gene as an aesthetic trend and its advocates’class-bond limitations,digital minimalism under many circumstances poses an escapist tendency.Under cultural appropriation of techno-capitalism,we have witnessed the escalating commodification of digital minimalism,which tends to reduce macro-systematic issues into micro-identity politics so as to conceal the structure of inequality cultivated by digital revolution.However,its unwavering promotion of humanism as a universal value,as well as its enlightening effects for more interventionist and progressive media practices,have granted digital minimalism indispensable epistemological significance in the pursuit of a human willcentered information civilization.
