汉语术语学术语体系构建的“不变”与“变”--从国际术语标准ISO 1087说起

摘　　要：汉语术语学术语体系是建设中国特色术语学的基础性工作之一。文章通过梳理国家术语标准ISO 1087的历史沿革,对其不同版本的概念体系结构、条头术语、基本术语的定义进行对比分析,指出制订该国际术语标准的理论依据是普通术语学理论。文章认为普通术语学体系的基本术语已进入汉语之中,可用作建立汉语术语学术语体系的基础。语言文字的独特类型、不同学科传统的影响、术语规范工作的开展、对不同学科领域术语的认识、关联学科的理论与方法贡献是构建独具特色的汉语术语学术语体系的影响因素。术语学术语体系和学科体系呈现并行发展的趋势,两者互为支撑。The terminology system of Chinese terminology science is one of the basic tasks in the construction of terminology science with Chinese characteristics.This article combs the historical evolution of the national terminology standard ISO 1087,compares and analyzes the conceptual architecture,head terms,and definitions of basic terms,and points out that the theoretical basis for the for-mulation of the international terminology standard is general terminology theory.The basic terms in the general terminology theory have entered the Chinese language and can be used as the basis for the establishment of the terminology system of Chinese terminology science.The unique types of language and texts,the influence of different scientific traditions,the progress of terminology standardi-zation work,the understanding of terminology in different subject areas,and the theoretical and methodological contributions of relat-ed disciplines become restrictive factors in building a unique terminology system of Chinese terminology science.This paper believes that the terminology system and the discipline of Chinese terminology science show a trend of parallel development,and the two sup-port each other.
