摘 要:以危险废物焚烧飞灰为研究对象,分析了焚烧工艺7种飞灰中重金属的浸出浓度及其潜在生态危害指数。通过实验发现,飞灰中的Cd,Pb,Ni,Zn,Hg超过危险废物填埋控制限值,重金属主要富集于余热锅炉和急冷塔。余热锅炉飞灰中超过标准控制限值的主要有Cd,Zn,Pb等重金属,急冷塔飞灰中超过标准控制限值的主要有Cd,Ni,Zn,Pb,Hg等重金属。指数评价结果显示,上述两种飞灰对生态的潜在风险程度极高,应采取相应的污染治理措施,防止污染环境。Taking the fly ash from hazardous waste incineration as the research object,the leaching concentrations of heavy metals in seven kinds of fly ash from incineration process and their potential ecological hazard indexes were analyzed.Through experiments,it is found that Cd,Pb,Ni,Zn and Hg in fly ash exceed the control limit of hazardous waste landfill,and heavy metals are mainly concentrated in waste heat boilers and quench towers.Heavy metals such as Cd,Zn and Pb in waste heat boiler fly ash exceed the standard control limit,and heavy metals such as Cd,Ni,Zn,Pb and Hg in quench tower fly ash exceed the standard control limit.At the same time,through the index evaluation,the potential risks of the above two kinds of fly ash to the ecology are extremely high,and corresponding pollution control measures should be taken to prevent environmental pollution.
