摘 要:目的分析经CT引导下臭氧注射联合射频热凝术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法抽取2021年1月至2023年1月驻马店市中心医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者70例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组35例。对照组采用经CT引导下射频热凝术,观察组采用经CT引导下臭氧注射联合射频热凝术。对比两组优良率、日本骨科学会(JOA)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分及不良反应发生率。结果观察组优良率(97.14%,34/35)高于对照组(71.43%,25/35),P<0.05。治疗后,观察组JOA评分高于对照组,ODI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组NRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(2.86%,1/35)与对照组(17.14%,6/35)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经CT引导下臭氧注射联合射频热凝术治疗腰椎间盘突出症可提高治疗优良率,减轻患者疼痛度并提高腰椎功能。Objective To analyze the curative effects of CT-guided ozone injection combined with radiofrequency thermocoagulation on lumbar disc herniation.Methods Seventy patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received CT-guided radiofrequency thermocoagulation,and the observation group received CT-guided ozone injection combined with radiofrequency thermocoagulation.The excellent and good rate,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score,Oswestry disability index(ODI)score,numerical rating scale(NRS)score and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 97.14%(34/35),higher than the 71.43%(25/35)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the JOA score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the ODI score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(2.86%,1/35)and the control group(17.14%,6/35),P>0.05.Conclusions CT-guided ozone injection combined with radiofrequency thermocoagulation,in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,can improve the excellent and good rate,reduce pain degree and improve lumbar function.
