摘　　要：目的分析胸腰椎骨折行单纯内固定术后骨桥形成的影响因素。方法抽取2021年3月至2023年3月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的95例胸腰椎骨折患者,按是否形成骨桥将患者分为骨桥组(38例)与无骨桥组(57例)。收集入组者一般资料与临床资料,对比两组基础资料,并采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析胸腰椎骨折行单纯内固定术后骨桥形成的影响因素。结果骨桥组术后椎体高度≤70%率、骨桥组脊柱增生率、"蛋壳样"改变发生率高于无骨桥组(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,脊椎退变增生≥3个节段、术后"蛋壳样"改变是胸腰椎骨折单纯内固定术后骨桥形成的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论脊椎退变增生≥3个节段、术后"蛋壳样"改变是胸腰椎骨折单纯内固定术后骨桥形成的独立危险因素,应给予针对性预防措施,以避免术后骨桥形成。Objective To analyze the factors influencing the formation of bone bridges after simple internal fixation for thoracolumbar fractures.Methods A total of 95 patients with thoracolumbar fractures admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected,and the patients were divided into bone bridge group(38 cases)and non-bone bridge group(57 cases)according to development of bone bridge.The general and clinical data of the participants were collected.The influencing factors of bone bridge formation after simple internal fixation of thoracolumbar fractures were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression model.Results The rate of postoperative vertebral height≤70%,spinal hyperplasia rate and incidence of eggshell-like vertebrae in the bone bridge group were higher than those in the no bone bridge group(P<0.05).Results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that spinal degenerative hyperplasia≥3 segments and postoperative eggshell-like vertebrae formation were independent risk factors for bone bridge formation after simple internal fixation of thoracolumbar fractures(P<0.05).Conclusions Spinal degenerative hyperplasia≥3 segments and postoperative eggshell-like vertebrae formation are independent risk factors for bone bridge formation after simple internal fixation of thoracolumbar fractures,and targeted preventive measures should be given to avoid postoperative bone bridge formation.
