富马酸丙酚替诺福韦联合扶正化瘀胶囊对乙肝肝硬化患者肝纤维化的影响

摘　　要：目的分析富马酸丙酚替诺福韦与扶正化瘀胶囊联合治疗方案对乙肝肝硬化患者肝纤维化的影响。方法抽取2021年1月至2022年12月漯河市中心医院收治的94例乙肝肝硬化患者作为对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组予以富马酸丙酚替诺福韦治疗,观察组予以富马酸丙酚替诺福韦与扶正化瘀胶囊联合治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、肝脏硬度。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.74%,45/47)高于对照组(82.98%,39/47),P<0.05。治疗后,两组的肝脏硬度均低于治疗前,且观察组肝脏硬度[(7.05±0.19)kPa]低于对照组[(7.89±0.17)kPa],P<0.05。结论富马酸丙酚替诺福韦与扶正化瘀胶囊联合治疗乙肝肝硬化患者可提高其临床疗效,改善肝脏硬度。Objective To analyze the effect of tenofovir alafenamide fumarate tablets combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsule on hepatic fibrosis in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods Ninety-four patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis who were admitted to Luohe Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected.Patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with tenofovir alafenamide fumarate tablets,while patients in the observation group were treated with tenofovir alafenamide fmarate tablets and Fuzheng Huayu capsule.The clinical efficacy and liver hardness were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.74%,45/47)was higher than that of the control group(82.98%,39/47),P<0.05.After treatment,the liver hardness of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the liver hardness of the observation group was(7.05±0.19)kPa,which was lower than the(7.89±0.17)kPa of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of tenofovir alafenaminde fumarate tablets and Fuzheng Huayu capsule can improve the clinical efficacy and liver hardness of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.
