摘 要:茶旅融合发展作为旅游新业态之一,是旅游产业发展的内在需求,对于打破传统农业发展瓶颈、促进产业转型升级具有重要意义。但在实际发展中存在茶文化旅游活动类型单一、景区基础设施配套不完善、茶旅融合层次较低等突出问题。本研究采用层次分析法从市场吸引力、景观价值、产品可开发度(条件)、利益相关者四个方面构建了茶文化景观旅游开发潜力评价体系,并以龙脊茶文化景观为例进行了实证研究。结果表明,市场吸引力、景观价值和产品可开发度对茶文化旅游开发潜力影响较大,利益相关者对其影响较小。As one of the new forms of tourism,the integrated development of tea and tourism is an inherent demand for the development of the tourism industry.It is of great significance in breaking the bottleneck of traditional agricultural development and promoting indus-trial transformation and upgrading.However,in actual development,there are prominent problems such as a single type of tea culture tourism activities,incomplete infrastructure supporting scenic spots,and low levels of tea tourism integration.By using the Analytic Hi-erarchy Process,the study constructs an evaluation system for the potential development of tea culture landscape tourism from four as-pects:market attractiveness,landscape value,product exploitability(conditions),and stakeholders.By using the Longji tea culture land-scape as an example,an empirical study was conducted.The results indicate that market attractiveness,landscape value,and product exploitability have a significant impact on the development potential of tea culture tourism,while stakeholders have a relatively small impact on it.
