东江大桥主桥连续梁挂篮施工应用

摘　　要：悬臂挂篮现浇施工具有施工难度大、工序繁多复杂的特点,在跨海、跨江、跨线桥梁项目中普遍应用,挂篮施工形式多样,东江大桥采用三角式挂篮施工,在施工过程中运行平稳,操作简单,自重轻,拆卸方便,作业面宽敞等优点,在实际应用中优化挂篮施工结构,并总结出一套适用于挂篮悬臂现浇的标准化施工工艺,可整体提高类似工程的施工质量、安全,降低施工成本,缩短施工工期。通过该项目的研究,可以为公路建设中关于此方面的研究提供宝贵的技术资料,应用前景广阔,具有极大的社会、经济效益。Cast-in-place construction of cantilever hanging basket has the characteristics of difficult construction and many complicated processes,and is widely used in cross-sea,cross-river and cross-line bridge beam projects,the construction forms of hanging basket are various,Dongjiang Bridge adopts triangular hanging basket construction,which has the advantages of stable operation,simple operation,light weight,convenient disassembly and spacious operation surface during the construction process,a set of standardized construction technology suitable for hanging basket cantilever cast-in-place is summarized,which can improve the construction quality and safety,reduce the construction cost and shorten the construction period of similar projects.Through the study of this project,it can provide valuable technical data for the study of this aspect in highway construction,and has a broad application prospect and great social and economic benefits.
