摘 要:为探究玄武岩复合纱线的强伸性能,分别制备了芯纱为单股、双股的玄武岩包覆纱,分析了玄武岩单股无捻结构芯纱包覆纱、玄武岩双股加捻结构芯纱、玄武岩双股无捻及加捻结构芯纱包覆纱在不同条件下的强伸性能变化规律。研究表明:以单股玄武岩为芯纱,外包不同种类材料如芳纶、超高分子量聚乙烯、锦纶及其复合纱时,纱线的强伸性能变化规律不同;以双股玄武岩为芯纱,复捻锭速在750 r/min且捻度为50捻/m时,芯纱强伸性能稳定,是合适的加捻参数;玄武岩双股加捻结构芯纱包覆纱强力较高,且随着包覆捻度的增大,其断裂强力变化明显小于双股无捻结构芯纱包覆纱。To investigate strength&elongation property of basalt composite yarn,covered yarns with single and double core yarns were prepared separately.Variation law of strength and elongation property of basalt yarn under different conditions were analyzed,including single untwisted structural covered yarn,double twisted structural core yarn,double twisted and untwisted core structural covered yarn.The results showed that strength and elongation property of the yarns were different when the basalt yarn was used as the core yarns and the covered yarn with different materials such as aramid,UHMWPE,polyamide and their composite yarns.When the double basalt was taken as core yarn,spindle speed was 750 r/min and the twist was 50 twist/m,strength and elongation property of the core yarn were stable,which was a suitable twisting parameter.The strength of basalt double twisted structural core yarn was higher,and the change of breaking strength of basalt double twisted structural core yarn was less than that of double untwisted structural core yarn with the increase of wrapping twist.
