摘 要:为探讨精梳工艺对涤粘混色纱纤维径向混和效果的影响,基于纤维成像法观察混纺纱横截面的纤维分布情况,建立了混纺纱横截面纤维径向混和不匀率的数学模型,采用涤粘普梳混纺工艺路线与涤粘精梳混纺工艺路线分别制备两种混纺比的涤粘混色纱,计算两种混色纱的纤维径向混和不匀率。结果表明:涤粘精梳混纺工艺能够显著提高纱线截面内的纤维径向混和均匀性;与涤粘普梳纱相比,涤/粘混纺比为65/35时,涤粘精梳混纺纱的涤纶径向混和不匀率降幅为42.88%,粘胶纤维径向混和不匀率降幅为41.91%;涤/粘混纺比为50/50时,涤粘精梳混纺纱的涤纶、粘胶纤维径向混和不匀率降幅分别为40.57%、39.55%;涤粘普梳混纺工艺对纤维混纺比的控制更加准确。To explore the influence of combing process on fiber radial mixing effect of polyester viscose blended color yarn,based on the fiber imaging method,the fiber distribution in the cross section of blended yarn was observed.The mathematical model of the fiber radial mixing unevenness of the cross section of blended yarn was established.The polyester viscose blended color yarn with two blending ratios was prepared by polyester viscose carding process and combing process respectively,and the fiber radial mixing unevenness of the two blended color yarns were calculated.The results showed that the polyester viscose combing process could significantly improve fiber radial mixing uniformity in the yarn section.Compared with polyester viscose carded yarn,when the polyester viscose blending ratio was 65/35,the radial mixing unevenness of polyester fiber for polyester viscose combed yarn decreased by 42.88%,and the radial mixing unevenness of viscose fiber decreased by 41.91%.When the polyester viscose blending ratio was 50/50,the radial mixing unevenness of polyester and viscose fibers in the polyester viscose combed yarn decreased by 40.57% and 39.55%respectively.The control of fiber blending ratio was more accurate in the polyester viscose combing process.
