校园冰雪运动后备人才培养模式探究

摘　　要：为早日实现“三亿人参与冰雪运动”的目标,提高校园冰雪运动的普及性,大力推进校园冰雪运动人才的培养工作是关键。科学分析我国冰雪人才培养现状,探索校园冰雪运动后备人才培养新模式,为我国冰雪事业的发展提供可持续的人才补给。In order to realize the goal of“300 million people in ice and snow sports”as soon as possible,it is crucial to improve the popularity of campus ice and snow sports and vigorously promote the talent cultivation of campus ice and snow sports.This paper gives scientific analysis of the current situation of China’s ice and snow talent cultivation and explores the new model of reserve talent cultivation of campus ice and snow sports in expectation of providing sustainable talents for the development of China’s ice and snow sport.
